Fawn Cove has been creating one-of-a-kind treasures since 2020. This journey started as a mother-daughter project that grew into what it is today. In the beginning, we would make simple pieces of jewelry together to pass the time, and before you knew it, we had an abundance of jewelry items that I wasn't sure what to do with. So at a neighborhood yard sale, we put a few items out, and to our surprise, people loved the items we had available and started to purchase them.

As time went on, we began to get more creative with our creations, and that's where the upcycling part comes in. We realized you could find all sorts of unwanted and or damaged items, such as jewelry, watches, and dreamcatchers, to name a few. We found all types of items everywhere, and with the eye for design, knowledge of jewelry making, and wire wrapping, amazing pieces can be designed. My daughter would and still sometimes does the design for many of the items, while I bring the reality to life. We had expanded to more than jewelry at this point. We added the dream catchers, windchimes, and other mixed metal or beaded items. We do all that we can to reduce waste by saving as many items as we can so others are able to treasure them even longer. Bringing beauty back to once-loved things for others to enjoy truthfully makes me happy.

In the years that followed, I realized we had a touch for creating the items we did and started adding the yarn work, fiber arts, or needlework into part of what we do. We had already been attending local markets, craft fairs, and other events. As time went on and we became more known, we made things official in 2024, Fawn Cove was founded, and in 2025, this website was born. My daughter isn't so little anymore, and with age comes responsibilities, so she doesn't help as much with all that you see available, but stay tuned, and she may have her own section coming soon!
